Beth and Sam were just the perfect hosts, anyone would be lucky to attend one of their retreats. They make everyone feel welcome, included and inspired. What a perfect weekend packed full of all my favourite things, I can't name the best bit because I loved it all. It was a pleasure to attend and I can't wait for more!!
