I have always considered myself to be an incredibly, stubbornly, pragmatic "realist" about health and wellbeing, I was predictably sceptical about a lot of the items on the itinerary (breathing, meditation, journaling etc).

I was surprised to find that I really didn't have to adopt a wildly different persona in order to open my mind to the benefits of the activities and throw myself fully into the weekend.

Beth approaches wellbeing, mindfulness and meditation with a compromising vulnerability that allowed me (as a miserable, eye-rolling, ex-military non-believer) to understand how the practices can make a difference when tailored to your own personal beliefs and limitations.

Beth took the time to understand the roles and specific job pressure's of our team and ensured the session reflected this. We've had great feedback from the employee's, everyone commented on how great Beth was and how much they enjoyed the session. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beth to any other employers looking to provide mindfulness and wellbeing sessions to their employee's. Everything down to the booking process was straight forward and I know she really put the effort in behind the scene's to make it a great session.

"Beth’s guidance and coaching has been invaluable in my journey. She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and wellbeing and is simply a lovely person whose zest for life and for everyone to live their best life is so evident in everything she does. Her attitude is infectious"

I started my journey with Beth back in February 2022. I was unsure what to expect but knew I needed some guidance on a number of issues that were causing me problems. I was having a lot of trouble with my weight and my diet which in turn were causing me to feel anxious and out of control in other parts of my life.
Beth immediately put me at ease. In the initial sessions we concentrated on goal setting and considering the Circle of Life activity. This helped me to focus on what was important to me rather than being told what I needed to do!!

There was never any pressure or judgement but gentle questioning and a myriad of support techniques to ‘protect my energy’ which was something I became very aware of and it became very important to me.

At Beth’s suggestion I kept a daily activity diary, jotting down how I felt, how certain situations affected me and I identified that I just didn’t feel able to go food shopping without getting flustered as to what I should be eating. Beth organised for us to go shopping together. She went through ingredients with me, what to look for and what good choices looked like. This was so good for me and I began to feel more comfortable shopping rather than feeling overwhelmed.

Over the months we have tackled my intolerances to certain foods with a structured programme which Beth guided me through and constantly sent me information and if I was struggling, she considered alternatives. This may sound simple on paper but in practice it has been epic. Her guidance has led me to have blood tests which showed I was pre-diabetic. With her support I have reduced my intake of alcohol to virtually nothing and have full control on when I want to have a drink or not rather than feeling I can’t let friends down by not drinking. I have been to weddings, weekends away etc without having a drink.
