Our Retreats

Retreats are the bread of butter of Fig And Wolf. These are the chance for us to do what we do best - leave you feeling nourished, connected, and cup refilled; inspired to go away and use some of the positive practices you've learned in your own everyday life! Every retreat is unique, but the Fig & Wolf feeling remains the same.

Community

Nothing beats being together IRL. All of our retreats aim to bring our community together, forging connections and friendships with life-minded others that stand the test of time.

Mindset

We are huge believers that life is what you make it, and your mindset is the most important factor in that. We include intros into mindset, meditation and journalling in all of our events. As Fig always says, 'change your perspective, change your life'.

Adventure

Growth happens outside of your comfort zone. Adventure isn't all about hiking mountains and swimming outdoors, it can be travelling to a new place, or sitting on a paddle board for the first time. Whatever adventure means to you, we're here for it.

Movement

Good for body, good for the mind, good for the soul. Movement is the medicine for our mind.

Relaxation

Modern life is fast-paced and often overwhelming. We think it's vital to stop, pause, find stillness and quiet. Rest is productive.

Nourishment

Food is life; are we right?! And the more fresher and colourful we eat, the more fresher and colourful we will feel! We're passionate about showing you eating healthily doesn't have to be tasteless, complicated or boring.
